Selling my HTC Desire, comes with ICS 4.0.4 already, box, charger, two batteries, 16 gig microsd and Otterbox commuter case.
About a 6.5/7 out of 10 but the damages are not noticeable with the case on. Batteries still hold their charger pretty well. The phone lasts around 8hrs+ with constant use.

Life timer: way over 250 minutes, been used for over a year now and it's been reset multiple times.
