: REVscene 12 Summer meet volunteers

If you are interested in helping REVscene in making this year's first-ever night meet a success and be behind scenes. Sign up here. Preference to veteran volunteers or in-house mod staff, but not limited to those.

Since you will be acting as ambassadors for REVscene, those who signed up will go through a simple application process.

Since REVscene is a registered corporation/company, all volunteer experience can be put your resumes as such with management and execs backing referrals.

there is a certificate, unfortunately I've been too busy with my own life last year. All previous volunteers will get their certificates at this years meet presented to them by RS execs.

Depends on the meet time (if it's Saturday night, then either it's a late show up or can't even do it), but you know my brother and I are in.

Morgan, Please take care of traffic again as you've proven to carry out the tasks flawlessly everytime, along with the twins (thank you guys!).

traffic is one of the most important tasks at any REVscene meet as without proper control the meet with no doubt be a gong show.

Your duties will be mainly traffic/parking related. Direct cars or car clubs to a certain area (parking lot layout maps will be provided), remind those to behave, assist with roll-out

We will most likely have a meeting prior to the event. Either a few days before or it'll be a few hours before the meet starts.

NR! is a busy guy so I'm just trying to help him out. He might or might not have some other duties for the volunteers but this is how we've done things with our volunteer crew from previous years.

The admin team will be having a meeting on the 16th in regards to this. If volunteers want to come for the proceedings and be part of planning process/brainstorming you are more than welcome to. Otherwise please arrive an hour early prior to the meet to get familiarized and tasked, last-minute style.

The meeting on the 16th is not mandatory. However, if you dont attend. Please make sure to arrive an hour early to the meet

In regards to arriving an hour early, is that an hour before roll-ins begin (so 3) or an hour before the meet begins (so 5)?

Btw I'm the guy that got off late and then came in the Kia Optima to help out. I'm sure I didn't get a chance to meet much of you but I did see all of your hard efforts.
