I have lots of service records and receipts as well. It appeared to be well loved by it's previous Japanese owners, but now suffers a bit from having sat for a while. Oxidized paint being the main one and some scratches. The bodykit has seen better days and it has no softtop.
It's probably an awesome car for someone who has a Miata already, swap all the JDM goodies off of this, and then put your stock parts back on it. You could probably then resell it easily.
Put some aggressive offset wheels on it and have fun.
