Hey guys,
I know this is really random, but I've lately noticed there's alot of fat on my face.. Not obese or anything, I'm only 130 lbs. But my cheeks are so chubby, and I think it ruins my overall appearance.... Does anyone know how to reduce or remove this excess fat from my cheeks, I have been fasting for almost 30 days now as well due to Ramadan, but I still see no difference, I just don't know where all this excess fat is coming from :/
Any help appreciated,
Thanks

Probably have high cortisol levels. Try 800mg phosphatidyl serine every day, and of course exercise too. Cut carbs to under 100g a day

How do I make sure, I don't feel anything wrong though.. My sleeping pattern is fine, not tired or in pain all the time, etc.

All I know is as soon as I started taking control of my cortisol, my face fat went away first.

^But how did you know that your cortisol was high to start with? I don't wanna cause any side effects of taking prescription meds that's why just want to be safe.

you have to consider the possibility that is just simple genetics

my dads side of the family have chubby cheeks and a little fat under the chin along with other traits

sometimes the only way to get rid of it, is cosmetic surgery.

if its not genetics, then like skinnypupp said, your cortisol level is high, the quickest way is prescription meds. but the longer way is to start eating certain foods and cut down your carb intake to about 1 meal a day, and that meal should be either morning or afternoon. no carbs after 7 at night.

if you are having foods with lots of msg, cut out the msg all together.

for example. if you cut it down to 1 meal a day for carbs, lets say you have a tuna sandwich. 1 can tuna, 1 table spoon of mayo or mustard, and 2 slices of bread. that bread is your carb intake for the day.

consume high amounts of protein and very little carbs, you could also have complex carbs. and try and stay away for excess amounts of dairy

I didn't say you have to take prescription meds

how old are you?

Dudes tend to develop a more sculpted face in their 20s. Maybe you just need to wait?

Dudes tend to develop a more sculpted face in their 20s. Maybe you just need to wait?

Then, when dudes hit their late 20s, their faces start to get fatter again.

To the OP: I've lost some weight recently and my face has gotten skinnier as a result. In my experience, you'll start to lose your chubby cheeks and double chin once you start to lose weight overall.

I'm 18 and it's true my face has still yet to develop, but this made me wonder since I am pretty skinny (130 lbs) already. Yeah I need a proper meal plan I guess, I don't know about the genetics thing because my parents don't have it... Oh and SkinnyPup, sorry thought that was a prescription med.

This is the same with me; My face/neck area gets thinner before the rest of the body.

^Well I'm not fasting anymore, but when I did I ate fruits, like a salad of chick peas, and maybe one or two fried things, and then dinner. But now, I am trying to cut down, like I only eat one sweet/fried thing a day etc. And what are your eating routines like?

Do a lot of cardiovascular activities regularly. Over a year, by doing so, I dropped a lot of fat and baby fat in my face.

You need to live with it.. If you are fasting, and it hasn't changed, live with it. You also need to post pictures so we can all see whether it is "fat' or not.. Or if you're just being self critical.

bro just chew lots of gum and buy a heavy chain and hold it in your teeth and do some jaw movements. slowly increase the weight to build the jaw muscle for a sculpted muscular face.

Also start taking some growth hormone it'll help your jaw grow.

Will look aesthetic/10 bro!

I was told you can pick where to lose or gain weight eh. Just exercise and hope for the best eh. Goodluck

You might weigh very little, but your weight really doesn't take into account your body fat percentage. It's time to hit the gym and break off a good sweat, weighing 130lb is not a good enough excuse for you to have chubby cheeks ;)

I've known many guys to cut down on the chubby cheeks just by working out hard and consistently

Controlling your cortisol levels can be done by numerous methods, most of which don't require prescription medicine...

You're going to have to do facial exercises.

Start by warming up your face by patting it with a warm, damp cloth. Then massage your face in a circular motion with your finger tips, starting from your jaw to the forehead.

Chew on Stride 2.0 (original is too weak) for 3 sets of 15 reps. After each set superset with Hubba Bubba Apple Strawberry flavour (you're going to have to import it from Norway) until failure. Use as many pieces as you can handle - you are aiming for failure within 30-60 seconds of time under tension. For me, that is 3 pieces, but of course I'm an advanced level chewer by now. 90 seconds rest between sets.

Repeat this 3-4x a week for optimal gains.

When that gets too easy PM me and I'll get you on dat Buffalo Jerky routine. Expensive, but it works.
