whenever the market (s&p, dow jones, etc.) goes up, this bond goes down.

recently the market has been doing pretty good and my share fell $0.19. should i keep my money in there?

If I were you i'd take some profits from stocks/mutual funds and invest in bonds to get lower cost base. I bet you bought the bonds somewhere in 2008?

no i bought it 6 months ago. i don't know if i should keep my money in something i have no knowledge of.
