Kakaotalk on ICS/JB
Anyone using Kakaotalk on either platform? It has crazy battery drain issues. It's using more than 10% battery even when I am not touching it. Deleting it is not an option. Is there a way to solve it?

I emailed the developers about 6 months ago and they said it's not optimized for ICS/JB, and it still isn't.

Maybe install a taskkiller and kill it when you're finished sending your message? JB/ICS tend to drain battery easily even though no apps are open and only wifi or mobile internet is activated.
