Pics of me from the past year. Including some lift #'s too since this is a progress thread and I'm much more proud about the progress of my lifts than my appearance (getting soft while everyone else is getting ripped). =)

got my gf to take a pic today. Here's mine since last summer till today. Progress slowed a lot while I spent 2 months in China in the spring, actually lost about 15lbs while I was there, so been working hard to get it back over the summer!
Hey man, I know you! We go to the same gym, hahaha.
Spinach shake from jugo juice. Awesome suggestion, haha.

I somehow doubt 315x18 squats.. Are they parallel each rep? Should post a video

Very well, I will try to get some squat vids soon. They may not be 315x18 (since I don't do high rep squats regularly) but they will be heavy enough to show it is doable.
Oh and the 315x18 was done after some medium-heavy deadlifts too. :whistle:

I used to be a runner so I was really skinny before (wish I could find a pic). I'm just trying to eat proper, build some sort of muscle while retaining my cardio/stamina.

lol, if you've seen the guy in person, there won't be anything to doubt. Last time me nd redsir worked out, he did 275 x 10 explosive high speed squats at the END of the workout WITHOUT going to failure.
