Bought from Newegg and have the receipt. Like new condition with all accessories, box, and a matching pebble blue case. I decided to keep my 4S instead of this.
Has been rooted but it's running a custom stock Samsung ROM (Android Revolution HD for those who visit XDA). Still TouchWiz but faster and more responsive. I can unroot and return to stock if buyer requests.
SOLD. This is the 16GB version but I will also include an 8GB microSD card.

Edit: Phone has been un-rooted and reset (including binary counter) and returned to Samsung official stock ROM.
