I want to redo my wheels for after winter, and finally have set my eyes on this finish.

Any of you guys know if anyone locally can do a finish like SBC/Titanium Chrome?

doesnt seem to be hyper black, and not exactly black chrome too...

Based on the replies I got and my own research as well, I have found out that its basically impossible to get that finish here.

Does anyone know anywhere that would do a hyperblack finish?
