Yes. It's my beater daily driver. The radio doesn't have a whine when it plays music. But when I play my iPod thru the cassette it whines. Do yOu know what it Is?

Its interference.turn down your ipod volume then put ur car stereo volume high.

Pretty sure I have a used deck thats got USB/Ipod for like $60. That'll solve that problem, charge your Ipod and you can access your menus from the deck.
