Length on the neck is 2.80" and the hole requirement is the same as the hole in which one could pull a standard rubber valve stem through.
Asking $20 obo.

Never used only opened the packaging to test fitment. Not going to work with some JDM wheels such as SSR and Watanabe.... But it might just work out for your application.
