How does it work and what is the draft for? For the trading, does this mean I get to trade for whoever I want (within limit) in case my player is injured?

The draft allows you to pick players (just like any sports draft)

Then we can drop players and pick up a new one throughout the season if there are iinjuries, etc.


As for trading with another User, I think that should be necessary just to avoid ppl trading crazy shit and might even know eachother u know what i mean LOL :P

What kind of league is it? H2H categories? points? roto? Howard is a fantasy killer in roto and h2h leagues...JJ is also overrated so I'd try to get rid of him before the season starts. McGee seems to be in a time share as well with Mozgov and Kuofos so I'd try to deal him before people figure that out....See if you can trade him for Pekovic, who seems to be undervalued right now. Don't like Boozer (or Noah), because it seemed last year that only one of them could have a good game.....If Boozer did well, Noah was mediocre, and vice versa.

Smoove and LA are good picks....Think you overpaid by a round for Iggy, and Curry is probably worthy for about 4th round pick given the fact that he's going to be injured more often than not....Though he has potential to return first round value when healthy. Overpaid by a couple rounds for Parker as well. Got Noah and Evans at right about where they'll produce. Millsap...not a bad selection...he's still the man in Utah...Favors' owners should be worried, not Millsap's...Best case scenario, either Millsap or Favors gets traded.

Monroe....good pick, he'll return about 3rd-4th round value so right about at where you picked him.
Deng....not a fan of this pick...overpaid by 2-3 rounds IMO.

I completely agree with your analysis. Took Bosh there as I did because anticipating him to play centre and hopefully translates into more boards. I took Boozer there because he is option 1 on O with rose out. took a gamble on gordon but couldn't let him go later if he does decide to get on the court. took green there impulsively, didn't want others to snag him cause been a fan since okc days, and jack because curry will almost indefinitely get injured (like he is now)

Why don't you go read up on your league settings and google some shit?....Be a little bit independent, yeah? You sound like you've never used a computer before....It's really not that difficult...

That's so stupid...That's why I don't play in Yahoo! leagues...They don't even have an option for making your league "head-to-head - most categories = win"......to better explain, in your guys' league, each category that you win against your opponent of that week = a win, and each category lost that week = a loss....That's retarded, and makes no sense....should just make it roto if you want to play that way....

ESPN allows you to make it "head to head - most cats = win", in which you go head-to-head, and if you beat your opponent in at least 5 of the 9 categories, you get the win for that match-up...

yeah nobody drafted him. my league points are added up a little different then how they normally are at least im told. points, rebounds, assists, steals, etc are all plus one. so as long as he has at least 10-20 points a game on top of all the rebounds and assists im happy having him hes racked up more points overall than hibbert for me.

Chandler has been a disappointment fantasy-wise thus far averaging just 7 rebounds half a block per game....not good at all really...

Turner is anything from being 'proven', and I would rather have Kawhi Leonard than him.

Jennings and Kobe have been returning first round value though, so they have been excellent.


That said, there is no time-table on Wall and it's clear that he'll be out longer than his initial 8-week timetable. He's not looking like he'll be a fun guy to own, and has several injury woes in the past as well.

Obviously LeBron is an upgrade over Kobe, as is Leonard over Turner and Asik over Chandler, but John Wall is a big risk, and I don't think the reward is enough (if John Wall ends up returning healthy soon and being good) to outweigh the risk.

I'd stand pat.

Do you think asik will be able to continue producing or will he cool off with his scoring? i only went chandler due to my thoughts that he'd cool off once teams figures out the rockets. But asik has improved his stats from last year by a mile so far that's for sure lol.

but as you said, it's all about john wall's health so I'll definitely stay put with his team too as there's really no significant upgrade if wall continues to be out and he gets lebron but lose kobe/jenning for him.. unless he could swap wall for someone else on the other team that has good value then i'd do it lol

lol, I have him too, just practice patience...they have to get him going eventually, they didn't sign him for $45-mill over the next 5 years to have him playing 20 minutes/game...Skiles is an idiot though, so you'll probably have to be extra patient....I wouldn't totally blame you for dropping him in a daily line-up changes league (I play in weekly), but just know that once you drop him, you'll probably never get him back as he has top-20 potential.

I'm trying to trade him in a 2 for 1 first....If I fail to do so, then I'd consider dropping him, but only when I find someone else who's worth it, especially since my league has a 20-acquisition max limit...Strongly considering dropping him for Markieff Morris though, as he just got promoted to starting line-up and had a decent line...+ he's a big man that can hit 3's, which will compliment nicely with Kevin Love.

Ersan and Beasley are my only SF's too, so I have no choice but to start one of them every week...I've started them both every week though, and am 2-1.

I don't know you guys have it set up, but what it should be is that the person who had 12th pick in the draft, gets 1st waiver priority, 11th pick gets 2nd priority, etc...and everytime you use a waiver claim, you get reset to 12 and everyone else that was behind you gets bumped up.

That's a horrible deal....I wouldn't even think twice about it......Calderon is nearly worthless as long as Lowry is healthy, and Joe Johnson is so overrated...when will people realize that he's just not that good...in real life and in fantasy...Glen Davis has been great, especially as of late, and you just have to be patient with Hibbert because if you sell him now, you'll be selling him low....I have no idea where you come off saying Hibbert is trash...he's averaging 10 and 8 with 3 blocks right now....his fg% is low because they are running shitty sets for him. Just be patient.

In related news, I just traded Glen Davis for Larry Sanders. It's a bit of a risk, but Sanders has been returning more value in such limited minutes thus far. As long as he's averaging about 25 minutes, I should win this trade, but I made it in hopes that by season's end he'll be getting upwards of 30 minutes....and for the record, I'm still holding onto Ersan despite how much of a faggot Scott Skiles is.
