Android Slowdown

Anyone experience slowdowns with Jelly Bean after a few days of usage?

I'm using a Nexus S with CM10 Jelly Bean installed. Every few days I need to manually restart my phone as it becomes quite laggy while performing daily tasks like sliding across screens. or scrolling through menus. It's quite annoying.

I've had this problem dating back to ICS. Is there a remedy to this problem? I don't want to install a task killer.

restarting your phone once every few days isnt that much work is it?
task killers do nothing but use up more resources and battery life so i'd say don't do that.

maybe you have a lot of apps and such, or the install had some bugs?

If you are replicating a problem you had from previous OS, maybe the problem is not the OS but your way of using the phone.

Monitor your way of using the phone and you might nail the problem.

Could also be something you have installed. My phone usually stays up for 9 days or more at time. I only reboot because of new kernels I install or mods to the os.
