But the situation is changing in Russia though (albeit slowly)...:okay: Speed cameras are being put up everywhere (with mail-in tickets).

As far as those races go, most take place in one area (MKAD highway) which is notorious for this activity. The police is really good at "not noticing" anything that is going on in that area...:ifyouknow:
