Anyone else trains their grip with heavy grippers? Wondering if any stores around Vancouver sell them...

Is it Ivanko or Vulcan? Do you know the max possible resistance it pounds?

You go to UBC? Do you mind taking it with you some time next week? I'm definitely interested.

i have 100 150 200.
i used to be able to do 150's full close for a few seconds. but i havent worked out for a while and i can only do the 100's lol.
i'd say they're useful. they definitely help you with grip strength and duration. like you can do deadlifts longer without losing grip on the weights.
just treat em like a supplementary exercise and add it like once to twice a week and spend 15min an arm. it makes a diff.

Yeah man, they are an awesome tool! I've been using all sorts of grippers for a year and a half. I wish there was a store here though so that I could go and try a few heavy ones out to find a goal gripper. I don't want to order something of the internet just to receive it and realize that its not enough enough resistance or it is too hard.:ifyouknow:
