Dishonored Video Review - IGN Reviews - YouTube
looks like a Thief game in a Bioshock setting
first heard about it from E3...thought it was kinda hyped up but it seems like pretty well rounded reviews from most outlets
comes out tomorrow

I've been eyeballing it myself too. I'll probably get it later when I get near finishing Skyrim.
Too many damn games, not enough time to play.
I swear, I have like video game hording mentality at times. Gotta stop buying games at first launch. lol

Game is fun so far. Bioshock type environment with deus-ex like sneaky game play (or guns blazing, if preferred)

is there a way to distract rat swarms other than throwing corpse nearby?

I have one of the bones that make the rats not attack. But switched it up to something else since I didn't think it was that useful. We'll see.

Anyone know how the how "unconscious" thing works? Is an enemy knocked out for good once you strangle them or sleep dart them? Or is there some sort of respawning system?
I find that some guards stay knocked out for a while, however I went into an area the other day (the distillery on the first map) and when I cam out of the building, all the enemies were walking around again and no bodies on the floor. But then there's, other instances where it seems the enemies have been knocked out forever. ramble ramble ramble....
