| Buying online...Credit Card options
So here is the deal. Certain online merchants ie. Adidas, Nike, Apple and some car parts manufacturers won't accept Canadian CC's with billing addresses in Canada when trying to ship in the US. They want you to go through their Canadian websites.
What are my options in form of CC that I can use a shipping address/billing address in the States while shopping online in Canada?

Yes, you should be able to register a supplemental US address to your CDN credit card. I have done that with Royal Bank Visa.

Not all CC accept secondary addresses. I tried. Some, however will help by actually changing your billing address to a US address temporary.

I think the temp US address expired, but still using the US address for vendors like ticketmaster it works.
I ran into OP's problem when I tried to order tickets held in a US venue.

adding an address to your credit card is normally, that ive experienced, only for shipping addresses and not billing addys
for websites that won't accept a canadian billing address and don't have paypal, you can contact their customer service and place the order through them, i've never had a problem making an order that way
if you still have issues
there are ways to trick their systems into thinking your address is a us address (i discovered this from signing up for US Netflix) where you take the digits in your postal code and add 2 zeroes to the end creating a 5digit zip code example: A1A 2A3 = 12300
and if that doesn't work there are services that charge you a percentage % which are basically like Prepaid credit cards (which is another option) just search virtual credit card in google to find them example: neteller entropay
