Purchasing a Koodo Phone
Anyone know if I can purchase a phone outright at Koodo without commiting to any plans?

the only phone we can't sell outright is the iphone 5. We're not even supposed to sell the S2x outright yet either but you can get away with that if you get a prepaid sim with the sale.
