I bought the ISO protein from Costco. It didn't say it on the nutritional value on the label....but it felt like there was enough calories in one scoop to act as a meal replacement.

Sure its cheap, an it tastes good...but i don't think its content is not worth the money for even the slightest expectations.

Six star or whatever it's called Superstore carries tastes good. Cheaper at Walmart in the states.

Just check the protein content per scoop

lol all protein is not the same. some guy on bb forums did a lab test on about 50 proteins. myofusion only had about 60% of actual protein content per scoop then the label.

Kaizen from is the best bang for ur buck. 35g per scoop and it actually has 90%+ protein.
