I bought a video card from FS 39 days ago. The fans are making obnoxiously loud noises. Go figure I cant find the friggen receipt, but I did purchase it with a credit card. Any insight or help on what I can do? I would love to exchange and upgrade, or just exchange if thats all I can do. Any advice would be awesome.

They are able to exchange it based on the transaction through your bank statements. Did it before on a tV

when a similar situation happened to me, they just looked up the transaction with my credit card #. They printed off the receipt right away and I exchanged my item.

Lol i bought a router from them and completely lost my receipt, bought with cash so no records or anything and they made me fill some form out and gave me store credit after.

Isn't their return policy only 2 weeks for Video Card ?

pretty sure video cards are 19 days.. you'll end up having to go thru manufacture but you should be able to get a receipt off of them.
