I decided I would pre-order it online right before the launch to take advantage of pre-order bonuses, but not actually get the game for a few days because of shipping. I hoped it wouldn't get here til Friday so I wouldn't be distracted from studying for a midterm. Came today. :badpokerface:

I've barely touched campaign halo's but raped the games on multiplayer slayer modes.

How does 4 compare to 2 and 3 online? That's all I care abour, tbh..

Played multiplayer with a group of friends today since one of them bought it. Seems solid so far being a mix of 3 and Reach. There's one gun that acts like a sniper rifle, but is an instant kill, though it's shit when it's not scoped, it's a real game changer. I'll sit on it still for now.

I just recently purchased Forza Horizon and found it to be dissappointing. Watched the reviews and gamespot gave it a 9.0. Guess I could spend another $67 on a brand new game........ sigh...

Got Halo 4 today, for less than 60 bucks, BNIB lol. Only got to play through the first few missions of single player before leaving for school, but it's pretty good so far. Gonna try multiplayer when I get back home today, seems promising according to the videos I've seen.

And Forza Horizon is meh. It's cool with the open world aspect, but there just aren't enough cars IMO. Gonna wait out a few months and see what they add. Really wanting some JDM cars lol, like the DC2, MR2, S14, lol.

They did a great job on starting up a new storyline and they reinvented multiplayer. This game definitely brings back some old memories.

The multiplayer reminds me of the days of Halo 2/3, so I'm really enjoying it. Haven't played much campaign yet though

Multiplayer is really fun, a lot like Halo 3, which is what I got hooked on back when it was out. Yeah, joined the game late. I just wish there was no jetpack, really annoying to deal with the asshats who just sit on top of buildings all day.

I'm told the plot (and yes, I care--I'm a Bungie fanboy) is quite good, so I'm definitely looking forward to it. I've seen the "first 25-minute" videos on youtube and...damn. Looking forward to it a lot.

Sold my Halo 4, extremely disappointed. Can't play campaign with friends because of horrible lag. Multiplayer is way too chaotic and uneven. Bring on Black Ops 2.
