Which BMW dealership do you guys suggest for maintenance and service? which one does the best work and good service?

Also is there any members on here work as service reps for BMW dealerships that can give out RS discounts?

Thanks

Go to Autowest BMW, find Calvin Cheng. He went out of his way to take care of me, top notch service. Tell him Josh sent you.

For all non warranty related issues there are always the local independent BMW shops. Might be cheaper to get you car serviced out of dealership.

CG Motorsports; Werner's Auto Klinik. Both of them are OK as places to take an OOW car.

If the car is under warranty, I echo Autowest.

Another bump for Auto West/Calvin Cheng.
He was tremendously helpful and courteous to me today when I brought the car in for a battery warranty issue. I ended up leaving with a brand new battery, not paying a cent. He even made sure to confirm with me that the lot boys should NOT wash my car, which I greatly appreciated.

From now on when I have to go back to Auto West for service, I will only book with Calvin.

Is Calvin a service technician or adviser?

I won't mention names but there is a particular service adviser at Autowest who drove me up the wall and I vowed to never go back there. Ever. I've been taking my car exclusively to Nixon and Blitzkrieg only but would like to re-establish a good working relationship with a dealer for their "Classic Car" service pricing.

Autowest has my vote as well. I got my car from BJ but I get it serviced at Autowest.

There are other SAs there that I wouldn't want to deal with either.
