Water shut off valve?
Hi all,

I just moved into an older apartment on the ground floor but now that winter is coming it was noted to turn off the water for the outside tap for my balcony. As being new to all this i have no idea where it is. Would anyone be able to help me out with this on how to locate and turn it off?

Look for an opening in the interior wall right behind the outdoor tap. That is where they usually put it.
Or you can try asking the building manager.
