Just asking for a friend of mine. She works for a company that pays out vacation on an annual basis (only worked for the company since June 2012). Her expected date of vacation payout is in April 2013.

If she were to quit her job today, would she be able to claim the portion (if any) she is entitled to for having contributed to the company for 7-8 months?

takes earnings from June to last day and multiply by 4%. If they don't pay her 4% they have breached ESA.
