I remember someone (probably SkinnyPupp) posting a video a while back that was essentially a cam of a guy doing a power point presentation that covered exactly what sugar does and why it's bad, and why cholesterol is good.
One specific part of the video I remember is where he shows a TIME magazine cover with bacon and eggs on it and says what it should have said, instead of what it did, and how that changed the way we look at diets.
That's all I can remember, but I couldn't find the video on YouTube. Not starting a debate, just looking for the link.. thnx
