The new BMW 3 Series GT has been caught undisguised during a photo shooting in the U.S.

Compared to the standard 3 Series, the GT (Gran Turismo) is taller, has a new window line, new tail lights and looks to use a two-piece tailgate like the larger 5GT, meaning you can open the whole hatchback or just the trunk portion.

The 3 Series GT was caught in two trims: the silver car in our pictures shows the new M-sport package, while the brown car is the standard model.

Engine range is very likely identical to theF30 3 Series saloon, including four and six cylinder petrol and diesel variants.

The 3 Series GT is expected to make its debut either at the Detroit Auto Show in January or at the Geneva Show in March.

I've been a BMW enthusiast for years. But the brand is now dead to me. 3gt, 5gt, the x6, the x1, the whole brand is now a pile of shit. Considering they are axing the m3 in favor of the coming 4 series.
