| Tablet promotion for bell
Hey guys, just letting all of you know that bell has launched new tablet plans and for part of their launch they're offering unlimited data use for 2 months. As long as your tablet has a sim card slot you qualify for this promotion.
This promotion works for any flex tablet plan. So you can sign up for a $5 / month 10 mb plan, get your first two months of unlimited usage, then opt out. Since it's a month to month contract, you can opt out at any time without paying any cancellation fee. All you need to do is give a 30 day notice before you opt out.
The cool thing about this promotion is that you can use it for a future activated date. So if you are giving someone an iPad / tablet for Christmas, you can come into the store, set up the plan, make an activation date for the 21st-24th, come back at that date to activate it. Saving the gift reciever two weeks of usage.
There's no activation fee. So you pay $5 bucks a month + tax for 2 months and you get unlimited data usage. No other fees. Remember after the two months of unlimited usage the plan will go back to 10mb/month (if you chose the $5 dollar / 10 mb plan originally).
For people living in richmond I would suggest going to the new Bell corporate store that just opened in richmond centre - near the skytrain entrance in the mall - directly across from cellcom rogers.
