i really hope that they create a Note equivalent.
from briefly owning a 720p Motorola Android phone, I would say that the initial build quality and screen is better than Samsung's. The only 2 things I didn't like was the screen was too small and the battery was too small. 2 things that would be fixed instantly if they wanted to make a "phablet".

That's odd. Most of motorola's screens are pretty crappy compared to both Samsungs AMOLED and SLCD.
