I don't think there's a way to get rid of it.

Go see your doctor. They could give you a prescription for something like Prednisone which will help clear it up.

If you get hives now it might be the dry cold weather. Wear more clothes and try to stay warm. Cover up as much skin as possible.

Take benedryl. Prepare for drowsiness. Sleep it off if u can, then u will wake up with better (until benedryl runs out).
Prednisone prescription for more severe hives. If you are given 5 days worth, save the last pill... day 5 take half a pill, day 6 a quarter, day 7 final quarter. (Less than 5 days worth of prednisone, dont worry about tapering off).

I've had hives before years back and Benadryl/Aerius seemed to work fine for me. Haven't tried other antihistamines but those two seemed to give some relief.

It's likely a food allergy.
It happens to me rarely.
When it happens...
- I drink lots of fluids
- Take a hot shower, and cold water at the end.
- Cool the area to reduce irritation (either cold water or ice pack)
If you can, try to sleep. Puts your body into recovery mode.
Don't scratch. Irritation makes it worse.

It was from the mini tacos at seven eleven. It was gone after one sleep. But I was up all night, it was terrible lol my whole body was covered and itched so I started shaking and twitching.
