I bought a card, and then two friends bought through my link. I created another account and bought through my link. Got my first card for free. So I got $20 sb credit for $5. lol

So if 4 friends got together and used each other's referral link, what would be the end result? You would each end up spending $15, but have $40 of Starbucks credit, right?

legend: moneyspent[credit]
4 friends = a b c d
initial purchase of A at 5$
b, c, d buys off A's link, each pay 5$.
A = 0$[10], b c d = 5$[10].
a c d buys off b link,
a5$[$20], c10$[$20], b0$[10$], d10$[$20]
a b d buys off c link
a10[30], b5[20], c5[20], d15[30]
abc buys off d link
a15[40], b10[30], c10[30], d10[30]
and then if bcd decide to buy off a one more time,
a10[40], b15[40], c15[40], d15[40]
something like that?

Yep, did the same thing, but i think they just crack down on the same CC on different account cause my friend just tried it. Worse come to worse just make different accounts with different emails :fullofwin:
slightly change your address and it should work, it did for me

If you dont have a starbucks card, and you just have a piece of paper to show, do you have to spend that entire $10 all in one use?

Or you could just hang on to that piece of paper and use it again the next time. (the answer is no, you don't have to spend it all at once)

Their prices are in line with most independents and other local chains such as Artigiano and JJ Bean. Their drip coffee is still under $2 which is basically a few more pennies than what Tim Hortons charges.
People always compare apples to oranges and bring up the ubiquitous $5 Starbucks drink. A mocha at Artigiano or JJ Bean is easily $5 now. Sure, Tim Hortons makes lattes and other espresso drinks for maybe a buck less, but they're absolute shiite as far as I'm concerned.
