Emails were sent out to all the "captains" that signed up for team assist, the coupons you had that said exp Dec 31/2012 has been extended to Feb 28/2013

Just go to the Richmond store explain to the manager that u threw out the coupons by accident because u never got the email notifying u of the extension....and there maybe they'll do it for u....ymmv though

Try sending a message to Chek to ask them on the status of your rebate.
The rebate 'should' go to the team manager

Notable changes
Ø We have reduced the number of cards given out to a team from 30 to 20.
Ø We have reduced the number of free skate sharpenings given to each team member from 4 to 2.
Ø We have eliminated the shop offers (free racquet stringing, free bike tune, free ski/board tune).
Ø We have eliminated the 25%/10% coupon. This will be replaced with a friends and family invite via email.
Ø The following coupons will continue to be offered:
o $10 off a $50 purchase
o Save 20% off a single item
Ø The team card will be made of a more durable material.
Ø We will require the league name when teams are signing up.
Ø The teams will be able to register at any point of the year and will be able to cash out after 4 months in the program.
Ø Teams will be able to look up their balance online.
