"A gunman reportedly attempted to assassinate the leader of Bulgaria's Turkish ethnic party during a televised conference on Saturday.

The leader of Bulgaria’s Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) party, Ahmed Dogan, was assaulted by a gunman while on stage at the National Palace of Culture (NDK) in Sofia, according to the Sofia Globe. The assailant, 25-year-old Oktai Enimehmedov, climbed onstage and held a gun to Dogan's head, but the gun reportedly got stuck and was unable to shoot. "

haha, I like how they are giving him the beatdown.
Then after, it's like, "OK. we got him. It's cool now."
Then other random people come and try to join in late, but they get pushed back, cause it's too late now.

Make no mistake, these can kill people in the wrong hands.

Interesting to note that you do not have to have any sort of license to buy a similar piece of hardware locally, as long as they fall short of 500 fps of velocity and/or 4.2 ft/lbs of muzzle energy. The only restriction is that you have to be over eighteen to purchase one new when those limits are not met.

They aren't toys but they aren't quite firearms, they fall somewhere in between. Mine in particular has the potential to do a lot of damage to someone if it falls into the wrong hands, which is why I store it under lock and key.
