[rk604]

Stole the idea from bcsportbikes and thought it'd be a good idea for people who just find random reasons to go cruise or drive their car.

Introduction:
Someone posts a photo of their car at some random location. Someone else then posts a picture of their car at that spot. You are then awarded points based on "The Rules".

There will also be Bonus Rounds, posted up to give other individuals who are on the lower end of the scoreboard to catch up with the rest of participants

The Rules:
1. Tags are worth 1 point and will stay up for 24hours before it expires, allowing another member to post another picture up.
2. Points are awarded to the Tag FINDER.
3. Tags must include photo + location (ex. "Photo" "Byrne Marine Timmies")
4. When you find a Tag you have 1 hour to post a New Tag (fail to post = no points). After 1 hour anyone can post a new tag for 1 point.
5. The boundaries for the Tags are: the Border, Horseshoe Bay, Langley, the Ocean and Maple Ridge
6. When you post a New Tag it must be labeled “New Tag”.
7. Expired Tag point deductions: -1 point will be deducted for expired Tag and +1 point will be awarded for replacement new Tag. This will allow the game to progress and discourage tags that are close to impossible.
8. No off road/illegal tags
9. Pictures must remain active in order to receive points.
10. Tags must have some sort of landmark/sign or something unique that can be distinguished. This rule is present so that members don't post random pictures that is impossible to find. <--Added Jan 30

Yeah, I thought the point was for people to actually go to the location and take a picture of their vehicle at the tag spot, followed by going to a new spot of your choice and taking a pic to create a new tag for someone else to try and find.

Posting up old pics to follow the tag spot or make a new one kinda ruins the point? It should be a continuous chain.
