Interesting to me how these two manufacturers at two ends of the spectrum can form a partnership.

An 8-Series would be totally pointless as there's already a 6 Series, and an M6 as well. A Supra based on a BMW simply would be the worst thing ever.

BMW does need something to rival the SLS AMG... 8-series was a GT car too, so I hope that this will be something completely new.
