No, that's Wednesday. I've gone on Thursdays a few times only to discover it's burgers on special which are at least super tasty, but not at all what I'd wanted.

As a hospitality management student it blows my mind how some pubs sell 10cent wings....wheres the profit in that?

as a customer i fucken love it, and wont argue against it.

I suppose it could be more of a dependance on something to do with the sales of drinks and other food that customers might order. Maybe I might be reaching here but, In a way, it could be similar to video game sales where the consoles usually don't make money at launch but because of software sales, the companies can thrive overall.

Also, it might bring new customers into the restaurant who otherwise wouldn't have checked them out at all.

At second thought, it will increase liquour sales dramatically. Think about the amount of beer guys drink with their hot wings. Beer is at a MUCH higher mark up than wings and cheap food entices customers to buy more.

to drive traffic into the restaurant as otherwise it would be dead. The rent and staff are fixed costs so any increase in bodies will allow it to cut into its break even point and hopefully turn a profit
