This is a US car with a "rebuild" status. The roof was cut and the original red leather Ricaro seats were stolen. Since it cost almost $20k to replace the US insurance company labled the car a salvage/rebuild. Honda Canada has inspected the engine, drivetrain, and frame and it's all untouched.
This is an amazing price for an amazing car. If it didn't have the status it would be $25k.
