Only small issue with the car is the antenna is broken (easy fix) and there is some minimal wear on the drivers seat.

I think $9000 is a bit more reasonable to get this car gone quickly. Get a jump on spring time Miata pricing (just like motorcycles, they will go up and be harder to find in nice shape).
