IF at all possible, can we pick a slightly more central location? RM and I have to come in from Surrey, and that's a bit of a drive for Bridgeport. Possibly a location in Vancouver near the Burnaby side of Marine?

Not all Starbucks have one. Anyone else know another besides the Bridgeport location?

Would like to do a nice giant print out of floor plan, entrance points, sponsor locations, RS booth, food truck locations, activity locations, contest announcements etc etc.

If we have BCIT students, we can book one of the meeting rooms at BCIT, the large meeting rooms are still available for booking at 7:30 on friday. the big ones are rooms 137 and 141.

On the day of the briefing, I guess we should meet at the entrance to the library so I can get us into the meeting room area. If you've never been to BCIT (or are too old to remember the layout), it's to the left of the Tim Hortons at building SE12. It's pay parking but, :fuckthatshit: it'll be late so enforcement will be down.

Finally meeting you guys was awesome and I feel this was an awesome event.

Given it was planned on short notice- it was super organized, people stayed, people had fun, everyone seemed to be in good spirits.

We hope that we contributed enough to build lots of hype for Summer Meet.

For the Blitzgear team, we now go into brainstorming, planning and organizing the Summer meet starting Monday. My personal goal is DOUBLE 1022 (shoei's quote) with at least 4 times the number of sponsors.

Hope you guys had a blast- lets do a brain storm session sometime in April!

Also please get your friends to support our sponsors so they return to every RS meet!

I think everyone should brainstorm ideas you would like to have at the Summer Meet!

Remember, no idea is a bad idea. Complete open forum discussion and we'll make it super fun for everyone!

Also areas for improvement as I found some things that I know could help as well
(ie. food truck servings should be small instead of full portions. It should be similar to street meet)

Anyways. Brainstorm! We will set a session in April!
