Not sure how many of you played Dark age of camelot, but the guy that founded mythic which made that game is trying to get people interested in a new game called Camelot unchained (http://citystateentertainment.com/camelotunchained/) There's discussion on reddit (http://www.reddit.com/r/CamelotUnchained/) about it to. I personally will be donating money to the kickstarter because its a game that i'm very much looking forward to.

Woo I liked DOAC back in the day

But MMOs these days are too much of a time suck for me to get into. I don't mind wasting a weekend on a game once in a while, but not every day for hours on end :\

The dev's have been talking about players in your situation, they might even impose a "weekend warrior" pass where you'd just have your account open for weekends. I guess they're wanting to move the game in a direction where anyone can get into it and help their realm even if they're on for only a few hours a week.

i'm probably past the point of playing mmo's competitively these days but i'll still get in on the kickstarter and check it out.
