It'll vary from workplace to workplace, mine's suppose to be coming at the end of this month which is pretty late compared to most other places. But it's normal so don't worry I'm pretty sure yours is just one of those ones that is typically sent out late. If you really want to find out just speak to your employer and I'm pretty sure they'll be able to give you a definite answer.

got my t4s last week. employes should definitely give the t4s out WAY earlier. at least you can play with the numbers and help you decide how much RRSP contributions you want to make.

Employers are supposed to submit all T4 info to CRA by the end of February, if you haven't got yours yet you could call CRA and ask.

You just need an existing RRSP account in your bank, and it's just as simple as doing a standard online money transfer into a different account. The receipt usually comes in a week.
