2001 e39 m5, otherwise, what's the point of manual?
CTS-V comes with a 6spd, iirc. No auto option.
E60 M5 is offered with a 6spd as well. Probably your best bet in this segment.

If you can find one, a Pontiac G8 GXP can fill that bill. It's a domestic, but has an LS3, and is pretty much a Holden Commodore.

g8 gxp never sold in canada and rare as hell and expensive if they ever come up for sale, and less than half were even manual.
full size - cant think of any. maybe an older 735i
Mid-size: cts-v or cts 2.8 v6, 5 series/m5, possibly some A6s, accords, mazda 6, passat, legacy... probably some other more obscure vehicles.

CTS-V has automatic, it's not a fancy one though and could shift faster. Not bad but I'd prefer manual
You're pretty limited though if you're shopping in north america for a midsize sedan with manual, there's not much point to it. Even if a car is available with a manual it'd be hard to find one that actually has it in that segment

And a G37 Sedan 6MT would be my suggestion.

G37 seems more midsize than full size

Hyundai Genesis sedans do not come with a manual gearbox as far as I know; 6 speed manual transmissions are only available in the Coupe... Otherwise I'd like an E39 M5

Both first gen and 2d gen CTSV have the option of a 6spd Tremec manual, but the second gen also offers a 6spd auto. First gen only came with the 6spd.

I will pick either M or Genesis
We're talking full size, not compact and midsize executives.

I know it's a bit old for you but 1996-2001 Toyota Chaser.
They had both 4WD and RWD variants with 5sp manual.
I know you might think it's too old, but Chaser is known for being very fast for a sedan and its got a bullet proof engine.
It's pretty common to see Chasers pushing 600hp-1,000hp.

What's your budget? Because the cts v sedan is pretty sweet eh. Also if you want even more room, there is the cts v wagon=p

This.
I mean come on, let's be realistic, what reasons would you have for not wanting to drive something that sounds this bloody awesome? If not a GXP, even a GT will more than suffice.

for me.. get a used E60 M5 with Eisenmann exhaust for sure.. they depreciated a lot since the f10 came out; now they're more reasonable priced

if price is not an issue Base BWM F10 with manual transmission would be golden
to bad manual transmission is a dying breed ...
Power is not top priority here... even an under power car can give a lot enjoyment of driving when fitted with a proper manual transmission

SAAB 9-5, it is 4wd though.. but they were offered with a 6 speed during its EOL evolution.
the ratios didnt feel right when I drove it.
They just used the e39 tranny.
I wouldn't doubt it. They probably would've stuck with the SMG as the only option if people didn't really demand the manual option. The F10 M5 though is a mechanic work of art and better than the E60 M5 in every way.
And lol, people failing Timpo even though his posts weren't that bad. I think everyones just in the habit of failing Timpo because he's Timpo.

GXP for sure, I don't even like domestics that much but it's no contest... that kind of power and that much car... and someone said they're expensive? No way... you can easily get one for $30k taxes in. Think about what $30k taxes in gets you new... Honda Civic? Base model Acura ILX? Stripped down Golf? A nice Corolla? Or would you rather have a 4 year old 415hp (under-rated) sedan that makes the earth tremble every time it starts? Your call :)
Heck, even that E39 M5 is $30k and it's 10 years old......... don't get me wrong, E39 M5 is one of my favourite cars of all time, but they're not exactly a cheap endeavour from an ownership perspective (not that any BMW is).

I have a friend that bought two of those brand new.
There is a good they deppreicate heavily....they are absolute pieces of garbage with horrible build quality.
AVOID IT!
