Any realtor / members help me find condo or townhouse

My preference is

A Must:
1. kid friendly, so I am thinking the condo has to be concrete structure . or townhouse, so I get less chance of noise complain from thumping and crying baby
2. 2 bedroom or more
3. location in Burnaby and new westminster only
4. Maintenance fee less than $220 (if this filter zero down the list to nothing then , I am asking too much here :P )

Nice to have:
Close to skytrain or easy public transit access

Price max $300,000

I know I should work with Realtor. but 1 realtor can't beat hundreds of revscene team :)

anyone has access to mlx/mls listing would be great....

Anyways, I'm a realtor and I did a quick search for you.

Age of Building: 0-15 years
# of Bedrooms: 2
Area: All of Burnaby and New West
Max Search Price: $310,000 (I know you said $300K but there's always negotiation)

Maintenance all range from $210-$350~
=15 Listings (and majority of them are woodframe)

Granted, there are a lot of other factors. # of parking you prefer, insuite laundry, if age of the building doesn't matter to you etc etc
