I'm looking to buy some new brake pads for my car, I'm wondering where most of you order your car parts?

I tried a quick search of the forums but nothing popped up.

Any help is appreciated!

*edit* yes I meant brake pads.. my bad :P

Garage Five, all day. There are lots of online options though. Depends on what kind of pads you want.

really depends what your intentions are

if you want something locally and you're just looking to replace the oem pads
-dealer oem product and quality
-lordco aftermarket and jobber parts
-napa aftermarket and jobber parts
-canadian tires aftermarket and jobber

if you're looking for something locally but you want performance parts
-try any revscene vendor... call them all and compare prices if you want

if you're willing to wait to save a buck, the internet has almost unlimited resources and prices depending what make your car is and what you want. theres just too many to list to be honest, so what are you looking for?

rock auto. ebay (only buy genuine brand products!). but i use amazon.com alot. free shipping over $25. or select a supplier on the 'more buying choices' part on the right side on your product page to avoid getting tax by amazon's . then pick it up at point roberts.

There is a local shop that has given me some really competitive quotes (better than ebay shipped to point roberts) on Hawk brake pads, they specialize in 240's you might know the one but I am not sure what's going on right now with their shop.

Otherwise for shipped to Point Roberts
bestbrakes.com really good prices on ferodo
discounthawkbrakes.com
and definitely ebay, its not hard to click sort by price + shipping low to high

Depends on what you want. I ordered a set of Carbotech 1521 for my RDsport (Stoptech) 6pot front and 4pot rear bbk from a online retailer last week. Best prices around and they do free ground shipping for brake pads and free express shipping when ordering a front and rear set together.

They carry Project Mu, Carbotech, Ferodo, Cobalt Friction, Brembo and Stoptech
