Generally MB dealer have pretty good salesperson, but not all of them are genuine from the inside. I'd purchased a few cars from Patrick @ Richmond MB and he's genuine enough that I would highly recommend him.
*forgot to mention, basically you can give the dealership a call and they will have the vehicle transferred to your choice.

I bought mine from Skylar Newton at Mercedes Boundary, he's pretty much the only sales guy at any of the Mercedes dealerships (or even the BMW dealerships) that didn't judge me the second I walked in. He was a straight shooter and got me a better deal than what was out there without me negotiating or hassling for a deal.
