Yup,it's super easy.
download Internet Download Manager: the fastest download accelerator (http://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/) "you'll need the paid version"
Then, install it,go youtube...click the HD video one, there's a small box in the top right corner that will say "Download Video"...click the 720p,1080p,ect video & it will download it..close browser window while it downloads on the manager program..
next, you need ConvertXtoDVD - AVI to DVD Video Converter to burn on DVD (http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/) "again, you'll need to find the paid version somewhere"..
drop and drag all your video files in this program & it's pretty much basic,it'll take some time to convert these files to vob with a menu depending how fast your computer is,the program supports i7 CPU...then after it's all said & done,it will automatically burn to dvd once it's done converting so have your dvd-r in the drive ahead of time.
you can also customize your menu & change it's name by clicking in the text box where your video files are in the convertxtoDvd
