The oven in my sister's condo is not working but i believe the stove top works. can anyone suggest/recommend a technician/repairman?

First, check to see if a fuse is out.

I use a dude named Kenny 604 889 2554. He is a cute lil asian man who is the size of a 7 year old :) Pretty cheap, knows his stuff, and will tell you honestly if its not worth the money to fix.
