^ IMO i think the eng voice actors did an awesome job.. its one of the few animes i watch in eng dub


so the big speculation with Arise is that its set in a different universe from SAC.. because Togusa is already a member in Section 9 in the new prequel.. in both movie and SAC, he had just become a new member

so either we have 3 different universe of GitS or this is a prequel to the movies?
