Sort of knew this. The Honda Legend was on it's final gen and there really isn't much to offer after this. I'm guessing Honda JP will stick to Kei cars for now. Seeing as how a civic costs 17k CDN in japan compared to a neat little kei car with lots of room for about 12k CDN is a no brainer.

It makes sense, those 'mini' cars are about the same size as the regular compacts were back in the day. Cars are freaking huge now. If you park a 2013 Impreza next to even just my 98, it looks enormous.

park a current gen civic next to a mid 90's Accord, the "compact sedan" is fatter than the "mid-sized sedan" by a long shot!

Park a E30 3 Series next to a 2013 3 Series
