i do that, with a normal treadmill that is so i dont feel like im completely wasting time

Also yeah, I used to play games on the stationary bike as well.. Played through Crisis Core while riding it, 1 hour a time.. it wasn't too bad, thinking back on it... It didn't really do anything for me physically though. Maybe helped my cardio a bit but that's it.

That's definitely cool. Hopefully they can implement it so that running at a faster pace will actually make you sprint (or being able to adjust the speed at which you run before sprinting).

Exercising WHILE playing a non-coordinated game would actually be ineffective, unless you're working in your low zones and playing solitaire.

Used to do sit ups, bench, curls, one arm dumbbell rows, front dumbbell raises, shrugs and deltoid lifts during the dota load times. Best shape of my life. LOL
