Um.... not to throw your whole thing off.
But as much as I like pub-style wings, none of those are even in my top 3.

My favorite wings seem to be all Asian style, not the pub-styles you've listed.

1. Ginger wings (Aberdeen food court)
2. Jiew Yeem (Jalapeno garlic and sezchuan peppercorn)
3. Phnom Pehn wings.
